ALUMINUM BLOCK HEATERS
- 4 개의 히타를 사용하여 열이 빨리
오르고 작업물은 신속하게 투입되고 히타는 알루미늄
주물이므로 열전도가 좋아 30%의 열손실 방지 효과를
거둔다.
- 4 heaters are equipped to allow
speedy start. The heaters are casted in all-aluminum
block to provide even heat-transmission and in addition
to save heat loss up to 30%.

▶ PRESSURE
ROLLING MECHANISM
- 고압력이 5kg/㎠ 까지며 실리콘
코팅 로라이므로 균일성 있는 압력을 받도록 특별하게
장치하여 압력 핸들에 의해 쉽게 조절되고 지시자에
의해 그 강도가 보여짐.
- Uniformity as well as high pressure,
up to 5kg/㎠ are assured by our specially invented
mechanism and the use of silicone rubber rollers.
The pressure adjustment is easily controlled by
turning the pressure handle and the relative pressure
strength is shown in the indicator.

FLOWING CONTINUOUS FUSING
- 이 프레스는 투입, 가열, 가압의
공정이 연속적으로 이루어 지므로 효율이 크게 증대된다.
- This design allows material feeding,
heating and pressing to be done continuously. Working
efficiency is therefore extensively increased.

KEVLAR BELT AND BELT GILDING
- 벨트는 프레스의 생명이다. 당사는
표면이 부드러우면서도 강도가 훨씬 좋은 케블라 벨트만을
사용하여 양쪽에 스냅장치로서 벨트 쏠림을 방지하므로
벨트 수명이 크게 연장된다.
- Belt is life of the press, we
only use KEVLAR BELT which has a smoother surface
with stronger tear strength. Our invented belt gilding
system(patent no.24011) prevents deviation damages
of the belts and eventually prolongs the belt's
life twice.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL
- 전자 조절 개폐기(S.S.R)와 온도
조절기는 온도 편차를 3。C 안에서 조정된다. 상·하
히타의 온도는 최적의 접착 온도를 임의 조절할 수
있다.
- The electronic thermostat, SSR(Solid
State Relay) and heating system control the temperature
difference range uniformly to within 3。C. Temperature
on upper and lower heating could be individually
adjusted for best fusing result.
